Return Policy (Outside the US)

To initiate an international return please start your process by entering the email address you used on the original purchase. Follow the steps and once complete, please ship your items to the address displayed. At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders and any shipping costs as well as duties/customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns from certain areas outside the US and each return will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

For a full refund, items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tag still on. Exclusions apply on sale items and specialty merchandise, as noted on their respective product pages. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
